Psychology
A clean toilet suggests you can release stored feelings and stress without strain. Having a safe place to relieve yourself also means you feel protected. It tends to appear just after a problem is settled or when you have put your life back in order.
Folklore and history
Where a dirty toilet warns of trouble or stagnation, a clean one is widely read as lucky. In Japan the belief that a clean toilet protects a home's fortune runs deep, and many regions kept the custom of cleaning the privy in thanks to its god.
Ruins are full of dust, mold, and debris, so these protective goggles pair with your protective gear. A double-lens design resists fogging and fits over glasses.

This site's view
In this site's view, also ask whether it was too clean. Pleasantly tidy and calming means a pure sign of good health and spirits. So perfect you hesitated to use it suggests you strain to keep yourself in order and have lost any place to show weakness. A sense that someone had just cleaned it means your heart senses someone quietly supporting you.
Going deeper: our reading
Public toilets in Japan are known for cleanliness; even at stations and parks it is common to find heated seats and bidet functions. It lasts because someone cleans it daily, unnoticed. In this site's reading, a clean toilet dream may signal that you yourself are in good order, but also hold an awareness that you are supported out of sight. Perhaps family or a colleague quietly smoothed the way, and your heart is thanking them first. Where the toilet was matters. At home, it brings reassurance that your life's foundations are solid. In a station or shop, it shows trust in society and the people around you. In someone else's home, a sense of their hospitality. This is our speculation, but if you glimpsed whoever cleaned it, it may be time to thank that person.
What to do on waking
