Psychology
Pizza and pasta reflect joy in sharing and a longing for relaxed, abundant time. Dishes divided among friends symbolise togetherness; as foreign fare they may also hint at a wish to escape routine.
Folklore and history
The Margherita pizza is said to have been presented to Queen Margherita in nineteenth-century Naples, its colours echoing the Italian flag. In Japan pasta evolved into local dishes like Napolitan spaghetti. Dream lore reads it as a rich shared table and good relationships.

This site's view
In this site's view, look at how it was divided. Even slices mean fair, stable relationships; a smaller slice for you suggests you hold back too much. Tangled pasta you could not separate means complicated bonds or plans need unravelling one strand at a time.
Going deeper: our reading
Pasta is best cooked al dente, firm with the faintest core left, because overcooked noodles lose their bite once mixed with sauce. Pizza dough is stretched by hand little by little and baked quickly in a very hot oven. In this site's reading, people who dream of pizza or pasta want to enjoy time with others yet quietly worry whether fitting in has softened their own core. Enjoying al dente pasta suggests you keep your character while getting along with people. Dough tearing as you stretched it hints that plans or relationships stretched too far have reached their limit. This is our speculation, but sharing a fresh pizza with everyone means your relationships are at just the right warmth.
What to do on waking
Plan a meal or coffee with someone. If your schedule is tangled, rework one item to make space.
