Psychology
A school nurse's office dream can reflect a need for a place to rest, or a wish to be cared for. Lying on the white bed shows body and mind need real rest; a door that will not open shows you are enduring pain without asking for help.
Folklore and history
Unlike the classroom, the nurse's office was a refuge from grades and roles, a place to rest not only when sick but also, for some children, when the classroom felt too hard. Being treated there signals recovery; accompanying someone shows care for others.

This site's view
In this site's view, meaning lies beyond the curtain. Resting quietly with it drawn shows a clear need for time without worrying about anyone. Sensing someone behind it may mean a person close to you is just as tired and waiting for your support.
Going deeper: our reading
The teacher in a Japanese school nurse's office is not a doctor but a yogo teacher who supports children's physical and mental health. Many remember them not only for treating scrapes but for listening to worries they could not voice in class. The office was also where yearly check-ups measured height and weight. In this site's reading, people who dream of the nurse's office are often wishing someone would quietly confirm how much they have grown and whether they are all right as they are. Being measured on the height scale suggests a wish to have your growth seen without judgement. Remembering the nurse's face clearly hints that you want someone who listens without agenda. This is our speculation, but calmly gazing at the schoolyard from the window means you are seeing your place from a gentle distance.
What to do on waking
